Description: CJ995 is a blue and yellow jacket with 108 printed on the right breast and the back. The jacket is composed of synthetic materials typical for such a jacket. It is resistant to damage, but does not appear to be indestructible. When worn, CJ995 provides the wearer with various anomalous effects. These effects include increased strength, speed, and agility, as well as enhanced perception and reflexes. Additionally the wearer can only say “Gary” and becomes hostile to anyone not wearing an identical jacket. The UGSO currently has 7 such jackets in its possession.
Defense: The public should be aware that any jacket matching this description may be anomalous and refrain from wearing it. If a jacket matching this description is found it should be brought to the local branch of the UGSO for containment. If someone you know is behaving erratically while wearing a jacket matching this description you should immediately call your local UGSO branch for agents to come restrain the individual and remove the jacket.
Current UGSO policies: All instances of CJ995 are currently kept in a secure facility and are only accessible to authorized personnel.
Discovery: CJ995 was discovered after an incident at a gaming convention resulted in several casualties and numerous injuries. When law enforcement arrived on site they were able to restrain several cosplayers after an intense struggle and call in UGSO agents. When the agents arrived they ascertained the jackets were the cause of the unusual behavior and all three men returned to normal behavior once they were removed. The booth selling the jackets was located and 4 more jackets were confiscated. Testing confirmed that all 4 additional jackets had the same anomalous properties.
